Our chatters are connecting through chat27 to #volwasseklets via kiwiirc

We are experiencing the following intermittent error messages

We couldn't connect to that server :(Unknown domain name or host

The Kiwi IRC server had an error

Sometimes they log in directly and other times not able to.

Please advise
