integrate irc with wordpress username and password to access

I am looking for a developer who can integrate my wordpress with my irc chat.

I already have the IRC server set up (unreal)
I have with  kiwiirc set up and an iframe to a wordpress page.
In WordPress I have to access using a username and password and once logged in I have access to the chat irc (iframe).
I need to do an integration between wordpress and IRC, implement that each user that is created in wordpress is added to an IRC database, basically I would need to transfer 3 pieces of information (username, password and avatar photo url) and also if it is changed in wordpress the photo or password is changed on IRC automatically. Additionally, when you access WordPress and go to the page that contains the kiwiIrc iframe to log in, it detects it and starts automatically.
