Food Factor mini-challenge – Registration open now!

June 16 – FLL workshop

June 17 – Food Factor mini-challenge

Yes we’re running the mini-challenge event in Auckland again and this time we’ve decided to add an entire day beforehand to help new teams get started. The aim was to enable an “FLL in a weekend” experience for those unable to commit time beforehand. We’ll also be offering a number of new teams’ loan robot sets just for the weekend so they can try out the robot game without needing to purchase LEGO Mindstorms. If you know of any potentially interested groups/schools please direct them to http://kiwifirst.org and con...@kiwifirst.org so they can investigate further. Mentoring new teams is an incredibly worthwhile activity for those with existing experience in FLL and we welcome any assistance at the workshop. There are still a few Food Factor challenge sets available.

Mini-challenge events in Christchurch and Wellington are still in the planning phase and will be announced soon.
