KivyPie appears to have hardcoded wifi credentials in /etc/network/interfaces to pipaos/pipa123pass.

I've tried changing the contents of the /etc/network/interfaces but every reboot returns to the default.

I've also tried using sudo pipaos-setwifi but that has no effect either.

Hi Peter,

that's a little bug of the present KivyPie and is documented in this group. You must change the file /boot/interfaces or /boot/interfaces.txt and reboot (this rewrite the /etc/network/interfaces). Be carefull because when you upgrade (sudo apt upgrade) it change /boot/interfaces to /boot/interfaces.txt with the default credentials (so you need to rewrite again your WiFi Credentials).

Alberto (the creator) is working on a new release and that will be fixed.

Regards
