pipa OS Stretch 6.0 Cannot start on boot

Hi, im trying to run kivypie on the latest pipa OS (Stretch 6).

I installed the python2-kivypie python3-kivypie
The program works fine when i run directly with "python /home/sysop/main.py"

BUT, i cant seem to automatically run it from boot..  it said cannot import windows_x11 module. 

It seems that i cant run it from root too. if i did "sudo python /home/sysop/main.py", the same error occurs.

Any suggestion?
