Show android's notifcation bar (Kivy launcher)

Hi, I'm looking for ideas how to show (un-hide) android's notification bar. I'm currently using Kivy launcher (due to some technical issues when compiling an APK on my machine).

I tried playing with Config.set('graphics', 'fullscreen'... and width / height, but the notifications bar remains hidden (except for a short span when touching the upper edge of the screen).
