kivy can support all python libraries in android app

Hai , i'm new to this kivy environment but i have little bit interest and knowledege on kivy here i have an big confussion is the kivy can support all the python libraries (i,e python-snap7, moviepy)in the android  application. if it supports please help me how to build that app in google collabs
