Kivy Webview Rendering Support

Hi guys! 

I've been working on a webview rendering support for Kivy using Ultralight. It's been going well so far—still piecing things together. However, I sort of jumped into this project without realising the implication of Ultralight's libraries not being fully open source. 

Therefore, is there active work being done on this? I'd really love to know and perhaps work with that person.

Looking at GitHub issues, it looks like there has been some work on WebView.  See: https://github.com/kivy/kivy/issues/8811

Ah, thanks. I've just gone through that issue as well as the links provided there pointing to existing works. However, I still wonder why it hasn't already made it to Kivy3 yet if it really is as feasible as it seems. It does seem like CefPython already provides what is needed, yeah?

As I recall the problem was CefPython was not maintained, but this is not an issue I have been tracking closely.

If there has not yet been a PR for an updated WebView, I would suspect it's because the work has not been completed.
