ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'kivy.properties'; 'kivy' is not a package"

Somewhere in your project there is already a module created by you with the name kivy.

Indeed. The path in the image points to a file name "kivy.py" and that is clashing. Rename it to "my_kivy.py" or something else.....
