Can't create a new application. Writes that it does not support Android NDK higher than version 21e. Now on Google Play you need to create new applications with API version 33 or higher. Tell me how to solve the problem and where I can download the current version of NDK for Buildozer?

In buildozer.spec file, only change here:

# (list) features (adds uses-feature -tags to manifest)
#android.features = android.hardware.usb.host

# (int) Target Android API, should be as high as possible.
android.api = 34 <-------*look
