API level 33 error when I try to Publish new app for Play Store

Hi I'm trying to push out a new app I've created for the Google Play Console
but under the section 'Create open testing release' I get the error
"Your app currently targets API level 31 and must target at least API level 33"

Do I need to edit my buildozer.spec to resolve this issue
or do I need to do something else?
