How to customize the kivy logo with another one of my kivy app?
I am using Buildozer Packaging Tool .

That's easy. In buildozer.spec there are lines:

# (str) Presplash of the application
#presplash.filename = %(source.dir)s/data/presplash.png

De-comment and edit it appropriately.

That was for the presplash screen. For the icon:

# (str) Icon of the application
#icon.filename = %(source.dir)s/data/icon.png
