kivy fatal error

i am using windows 10 how can i remove openGL 2.0 fatal error my PC is using opengl 3.1

kivy versiom 1.9.1

python version 3.5.2

Hi,

You should consider giving some more output from your problem so that somebody can help ;).

When does it occurs? Have you managed to build a simple 'hello world' Button app? If not, how did you install kivy?

i installed it with pip install, it shows the error on the first hello world app

Are you sure that your graphics card supports OpenGL 2.0? What is the model of the graphic card?

Well, Intel doesn't have official win10 support for that graphic driver.

The problem may be there. The driver that you are using may, or may not, support OpenGL 2.0.
