How do I generate a sign key for my .aab file?

Hi, I'm in the process of uploading an .aab file for Play Store.

How do I generate a sign key for my app?

I'm using linux, Is there a command?

I would create your signing key in the Google Play Console and let them manage signing releases for you.

For the upload key, see here:

Make sure you set the appropriate environment variables each time you run buildozer to do the release.
