I'm having a strange issue running my Kivy app on Linux - Gnome Desktop, Wayland.
There's a second, frozen window on the screen and Gnome keeps telling me that that it's not responding.
Anyone got an Idea how to fix that?
Thanks!

Are you sure you are not running two apps at the same time?

Are you sure there is nothing blocking in your application that could
cause this behavior?

Does it also occur with example hello world app?

What Kivy version 2.3.1? Do you use KivyMD if so what version?

Kivy version was the right hint. I'm working on this app for several years now and the Kivy version was a bit behind.
With 2.3.1 it's all good. Strange thing, happened from one day to the other, I rolled some versions of my app back, but always had
this strange effect. Gotta be connected with some recent Linux updates. Also the key bindings couldn't capture Ctrl,
Shift and Alt anymore. Now it's all solved with 2.3.1.
Thanks!

Yup, 2.3.1 was recent patch release that fixed some stuff for me too
(i.e. SDL related stuff) :-)
Have fun! :-)
