Pillow version for android

Hi,

I'm trying to build an Android application with Kivy and Buildozer.

Buildozer seems to deploy Pillow version 7.0 on android.

The latest stable version for Pillow seems to be 8.4.

Is this a limitation for android or is this a configuration issue on my side ?

Is there a way to get the latest released Pillow version on android ?

It is a characteristic of the recipe for Pillow in p4a.

the develop version of p4a uses 8.4.0
