i can't install kivy

I follow the instructions oin the page https://kivy.org/doc/stable-1.11.0/installation/installation-windows.html

but when I try to do step 3 I always get the same error
  ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 3221225477:
 WARNING: A problem occurred while running pkg-config --libs --cflags gstreamer-1.0 (code 1)
...
 ERROR: Failed building wheel for Kivy
  Running setup.py clean for Kivy
Failed to build Kivy
Installing collected packages: Kivy
    Running setup.py install for Kivy ... error

i need help

I’m assuming you are using python 3.8…

Use python version 3.7, the wheels are not available for 3.8
