Plyer TTS(text to speech) female version

I am using Plyer TTS to convert text files into mp3. As I have used Python version of GTTS which provides clear voice to text and also female version but the voice in plyer.tts is male version and in example code there is not much information about change the pitch or speed of voice.

Please inform if there are more options(speed, putch and female version) available for plyer.tts?

Plyer is a wrapper around platform specific libraries. Depending on the platform, you should check what it's using and see what options that supports. You can then call that library directly the same way that plyer does (or in addition to plyer), and if you can find some general properties to abstract you could contribute them back as options in plyer itself.

It would be great to add these options in player.tts, They currently do not support these options.
