Running a Kivy application on Windows

On pg 53, the Kivy Installation Manual tells me a window should open after other procedures are followed. I right-click Main.py, go to Send To and click 'Kivy Version'  The black Cmd screens comes up and suggests I Click to continue. The screen then disappears. How do I get the display screen and the Kivy editor screens? Thanks for your help. Charles
