Can't get plyer.tts to work (Windows 10)

plyer.tts not implemented error on Windows 10. (Please see attached screenshot) I've tried upgrading Python, rebooting PC and reinstalling plyer but nothing has worked so far. Does anybody know how I can fix this? When I try to install plyer via kivy-garden I get a 404 error.

Rebooting, haha, reminds me of the old days with Windows.
The one on PyPI is old, probably should check the version/date. You can install
the one from github instead:

I've tried everything at this point. Reinstalled Python and tried installing plyer in every way possible. No solution and no response from the kivy team....

Try installing espeak from http://espeak.sourceforge.net and moving the .exe file somewhere Python can find it.
