Hi sir,

I have create dashboard in plotly and dash. Now we need this dashboard should display in android apk.

How can I make .apk file what's parameter value in bulldozer.?

In this case I think it is probably not possible (or very difficult) because plotly is not pure python and does not have a p4a recipe

Similarity Dash is written in Python, R, and Julia. Same issue.

Buildozer is probably not the right tool for your project. (and I don't know what is)
