how can i download kivy for python 3.8

i know it probably doesn't exist, but does anyone know when ill be out, or when i can download it?

There is 2.0.0rc2 that installs on Python 3.8.

Type pip install kivy== (or pip3 depending on your OS) to see available versions.

It is a release candidate for a major release, so there may be a surprise but hopefully not.

Python for Android uses Python 3.8 today, it works, except when there is a surprise.
