Is it possible to automatically scrolling buttons above mobile keyboard ?

Hey guys, I saw textinput above mobile keyboard. Now is it possible to buttons above mobile keyboard? So when touch to textinput for write someting also opens mobile keyboard automatically. If touch to textinput and some buttons automatically scrolling above the mobile keyboard is it possible? (look image below)
