Scipy in Buildozer error

Has anyone been able to package Scipy in their application using Buildozer successfully?

I was trying the same using Colab but have been getting this error: Build failed: Please set the environment variable 'LEGACY_NDK' to point to a NDK location with gcc/gfortran support (supported NDK version: 'r21e')

Also, I did try the popular solutions suggested on the net, so please those who have been successful kindly guide me through the steps.
