About kivy (While opening the window!!!)

I'm just an intern in kivy so i started a youtube lessons , and i had a Error message while opening the window Says:

It looks like an install issue.

Best to use the real install instructions https://kivy.org/doc/stable/installation/installation-windows.html

and forget about YouTube.
