#    List as sections
#
#    You can define all the "list" as [section:key].
#    Each line will be considered as a option to the list.
#    Let's take [app] / source.exclude_patterns.
#    Instead of doing:
#
#[app]
#source.exclude_patterns = license,data/audio/*.wav,data/images/original/*
#
#    This can be translated into:
#
#[app:source.exclude_patterns]
#license
#data/audio/*.wav
#data/images/original/*
#

#    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
#    Profiles
#
#    You can extend section / key with a profile
#    For example, you want to deploy a demo version of your application without
#    HD content. You could first change the title to add "(demo)" in the name
#    and extend the excluded directories to remove the HD content.
#
#[app@demo]
#title = My Application (demo)
#
#[app:source.exclude_patterns@demo]
#images/hd/*
#
#    Then, invoke the command line with the "demo" profile:
#
#buildozer --profile demo android debug

I followed this commands to package my python kivy codes for android;

1)
sudo apt install python3-venv

2)
python3 -m venv my-project-env

3)
source my-project-env/bin/activate

4) sudo apt install git

5) git clone https://github.com/kivy/buildozer.git

6) cd buildozer

7) sudo apt-get install python3.6

8) sudo apt-get install -y python3-setuptools

9) sudo python3 setup.py install

10) cd ..

11) cd Desktop

12) cd Chatapp

13) buildozer init

14) sudo apt update

15) sudo apt install -y git zip unzip openjdk-8-jdk python3-pip autoconf libtool pkg-config zlib1g-dev libncurses5-dev libncursesw5-dev libtinfo5 cmake libffi-dev

16) pip3 install --upgrade cython virtualenv

17) sudo apt-get install cython

18) buildozer android debug deploy run

I got this error:

This is not the issue but there is a new dependency so, to prevent future surprises:

sudo apt install libssl-dev

a) buildozer init

b) buildozer android debug

then assuming you get an apk , and you have connected and enabled debugging on the device

c) buildozer android deploy run logcat

Previously step b) was missed  and before c) it says
It will work only if you already compiled your application at least once:

Also this is possibly an issue:
It is critically important to type  y   to the Google license agreements when the NDK and SDK are downloaded by buildozer.

I suggest you build Hello World first.

Perhaps   y   was not typed to the Google license agreements?

delete ~/.buildozer and <project>/.buildozer

After this when you run   buildozer anddroid debug   for the first time it will pause 2 or 3 times and ask if you accept a license agreement.
Don't hit spacebar ,  type   y   each time.
