please do refer to the OS being taught in BCS and MCS and MCA and BCA and computer engineering courses. what happens in Linux/Unix/*nix OS'es. what about DOS or Disc Operating System ver 6.01; and OSX; what about Amiga OS; and Red-Hat linux on OS/390 and OS/360 and the new IBM z/architecture;

I have the source codes for a generic OS called as Linux. and please do advice what should I do with it. the compressed size of it is 1MB.

are there any other OS's out there. would like to hear more from you.
