Kitui Project Implementation Stage

Dear Good people,

I hope this finds you well.

Mine is to let you know that the project of refurbishing the Bishop's chapel has gained momentum and we are now at the implementation stage.

QS John Njagi brought the tile samples from the suppliers. Anthony Maingi will be giving them to the Bishop between Monday and Tuesday this week so that he can select the colors. By next week we hope to procure the tile if we have all the cash necessary. 

My plea is to all those who have volunteered to donate towards this course to make good their contribution as soon as they can. 

I must say I am so grateful for those who have generously contributed towards this course. The Bishop will be furnished with the details of the contribution as this is really a personal commitment towards making the the bishop's 20th anniversary a great one. 

I also appeal to those who have collected money for the project to forward it. Nico, you had mentioned that you have raised some cash. You could pass it through Anthony Maingi.

John, kindly forward mail to Dr. Mashamba or forward to me his e-mail adress.
