Hello Guys,
 
Wish you all a very happy new year.  This year also happens to be our silver jubilee one.  We will be completing our 25th year in May. Anyone would like to have a reunion for this occasion?  If so, what weekend in May and what location do you prefer?  Personally I think first couple of weekends in May is better for good deals to any place we all like to meet.  Please come up with date and any exotic location you like to go...Perhaps Las Vegas??? some say anything we do in Vegas stay in Vegas......May be we can do all the crazy things one last time as a group???
 
Please start the voting and I will update the spreadsheet with your preferences.  It will be nice if we can decide time and place by mid-Feb.

Happy New Year to all!

Tentatively, I'm OK for both the venue and time for the 25th Anniversary of our graduation.  However, final confirmation can only be done in March based on my schedule.  Thanks for starting the discussion on this, Jay.

Thank you. Happy new year to all. Yeah..some also say...anything we do in Vegas stays there...except h**pes..it comes back with you...word of caution, if you are dreaming to go wild...:)...I am fine with Vegas in May.

Vegas was just a suggestion...we can go anywhere, including a temple town if we all want to go over the mid-life crisis...All I care is a reunion with our good old gang..

Hey Friends....Happy New Year 2011... wow 25 years and hmmm life moves on.
 
Question: Are we meeting stag or with families. For the duration, date and place depends on that. From my side I am good with anything... place and date I can manage.
 
I am OK with any place ... but somehow I hate Vegas. I am good with Reno, Biloxi, Atlantic City ....or any other.
 
How about a 3 day cruise?

Hi Jay,  personally it is fine even with families. However, it may become logistical nightmare with both spouses vacations, kids schools and above all with so many tickets.  It will be very expensive and very difficult to manage.  May be it is better to be with guys only for now and perhaps can have regional gatherings of families later on.....It is just my opinion and I am fine with what ever everyone decide.  Same goes with date and destination.
 
How about others???? Guys, please email your preference.

I agree with J.J.,,Families meeting will be logistical nightmare..Lets meet us first as it has been 25 years and not sure how many people can remember others in the group..
 
If not Vegas, Reno is fine too or plan for Jamaica..its more fun there

So far 10+ replied 'Yes' for reunion.  Votes for destination is all over the board, from LasVegas to Jamaica to cruise, with many people saying LV.  Now is the time to firm up the destination and dates.  Seems like some of our friends from India would like to join if our reunion can happen later part of this year, like Sep time frame.  It is fine with me either May or September.  Please let the group know your preference for dates. 
 
Also, some of you have not replied either way for reunion.  Could you please let us know if you can make it or would rather be happy looking at the pictures we email you from where ever we go??   Just kidding, I know some of us have serious commitments that prevents us from joining.  Anyway, just let us know if you can or not.

Guys,

Wish you a happy 25th anniversary of our graduation from KITS.  I still can't believe it's been that long, it only feels like recently.  Of course some of us already have married kids (I know one In India) and college going kids ready with their own graduation....Life is just flying away...

Not sure how many of us will be around for golden jubilee....Guess we better start doing something as a group to cherish our good old memories while we can.  Some of you did reply to the group outings for this summer/fall with many of you preferring Las Vegas.  Let us start planning for this.  How about a conference call to start with?  I can set up a group conference call if many of you are interested for a Sunday evening.  Please let me know.

Speaking of doing something as a group, in addition to a get together, we should also starting thinking about something long lasting, e.g., along the lines of a scholarship or something like that at KITS. Regards,

Sunday 9 p.m. on 6/12/11 is not good for me as I will be travelling, this sunday is fine or the following sunday aftr 12th..or anyother day..
 
Speaking of doing something.., how about charity....doing something for kids around KITS area?????..

I would suggest 2 conference calls just for added convenience since we are dealing with a spread field.
