Monitor flickering problem

Hi all,
I am using ubuntu hardy,Here i ve updated my system also i
have the problem that is monitor flickering
I don't know why it is happening?
If any possible to solve this by installing video driver? How
to install?
For know my video configuration i ve followed
lshw -C video
output is::
ubuntu@ubuntu-desktop:~$ lshw -C video
