How many organizations are there who train instructors

How many organizations are there who train instructors besides the IKO. And do they offer any type of liability insurance? How many qualified instructors are there in the world. How do we get a data base of these instructors?

Thanks for your question and your feedback.  I don't know of any other organisations that train instructors other that the IKO.

I don't know the numbers of instructors world wide either.  You could check with the IKO or the IKA http://internationalkiteboarding.org/the-sport/training
