Hello,

I wanted to follow up to make sure I understand your feedback and questions.

  1. You are saying that KiteDesk is slow?  Can you tell me whether it is slow to open, or slow to use? which browser you are using? And whether the performance gets better after your data is loaded?
  2. You are asking how you can trust that your data is inserted.  I am not sure if there is a specific area of concern, but generally, KiteDesk just uses Google's API's to load and store data. We do not store any of your data.
Thank you for any additional details that you have.  We appreciate the feedback.  

For any speed issues if you can give me a sense for what action is taking a long time, and how long it is taking, it will help us to resolve the issue.

KiteDesk is currently deployed on Amazon in the eastern availability zone and we would like to understand whether this deployment is resulting in poor performance in other geographical areas.
