Sorry that you have experienced an issue. I appreciate your bringing it to our attention.
I am adding our Beta group to the thread so that others who may experience a similar issue will be able to review.
We have been working with a few users recently who have encountered issues with logging into KiteDesk and we have taken steps to resolve these issues.
It is possible that there are steps that we would need to take to clear up this user profile.
A few quick follow on questions:
- Is the account that is having an issue a Domain Admin on a Google Apps Premier account?
- If so, can you confirm that you have configured your Domain to allow users to log into 3rd party sites . (this option is offer for premier accounts by default)
- Login to your Google Apps account as administrator.
- Go to Manage this domain (in the top right of Gmail) / Advanced tools / Federated Login using OpenID.
- Check Allow users to sign in to third party websites using OpenID.
- Close browsers, clear cache, refresh
- Can you tell me which email address you are using to access KiteDesk when you receive the error
