Gmail is not all there

My gmail does not all showup in Kitedesk(KD)

I see two messages from KD and one of mine from back in 2009

Is this some configuration issue on my side?

Jack,

You can change the number of days of mail to sync under the start menu / mail settings window.

We need to change the default to be a larger number, we will make that change soon.

The other email you are seeing is probably a starred email which will always load or some other similar situation.

Try changing the number of days to sync and let us know if that resolves the issue.

I did the "unlimited" check box...without a number...and it made no difference.

OK, we are also working an issue where Mail sync is timing out under certain circumstances.  This was reported on a separate thread. We expect to have a new build ready early tomorrow.  

I will let you know when it is available.

If you can confirm that this change resolves the issue I would appreciate it.

We rolled out a new version of KiteDesk this morning that corrected a few issues related to Mail synchronization.

Can you log in again and let me know if this build corrects the issue you were seeing.

At first when I logged in I could not bring up mail at all...had to log out and back in to see the mail.  Now I'm in and I don't think I am seeing all the mail.  I see no counts of how many emails in the folder...or perhaps it is only seeing one screen amount?

 

Also, will KD work with IE8?  What are the browser requirments?
