Hi,

Is there a spellcheck in email?  Also, it looks like the signature file using kitedesk default vs my gmail signature.

Thanks for the kind words, and for trying out KiteDesk!

We've already added Spellcheck to the next beta which we hope to roll out later this week.

At this point Google does not give us access to its signatures, which is why KiteDesk has its own. We would certainly prefer using Google's sigs rather than reinventing the wheel, but at least for now our hands are tied.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for getting back to me.  I will look for spell check in the upcoming release.  Understood on the sig.

The other thing that is coming up in email  is sent mail from the kd app is storing as a draft in kd.  Might be something I'm doing, but it seems like kd is saving it there.

Hi Todd,

I just rolled out an update that has the spell checker in it, along with some other fixes and improvements.

As for the drafts issue, I am looking into it.  We do have a known issue that if you make an email in gmail that saves as a draft, then open kitedesk for it to see the email, then send the email from gmail - that it will be stuck in drafts on kitedesk.  Starting and sending new emails entirely from kitedesk should not have this effect though.  The message should be in drafts for a short while until we confirm that it was sent.  Then it will be in the appropriate locations.  If you could supply any more detail to help us recreate the issue that you are experiencing, that would be great.

Hi Jared,

I tried it this morning and it looks like everything is working as you described.  I will use the app today to see if the issue happens again.  I did have an additional issue this morning.  When I opened your email to me in gmail, then looked for it in kitedesk, the email wasn't in the kitedesk inbox.  Tried search and no results showed up.  Let me work with it today and get back to you.
