Hi Jack,
I think I got an error when I tried to add another account. I will try again.

Hi Todd,
I just finished checking in the fix for mail searching to retrieve messages not stored locally. KiteDesk will quickly return with any local matches and inform you that it is pulling matches from the server for messages not stored locally. You get a message like ' found XX of XX messages, retrieving additional records from the server."
This will be in our build next week.
Just as an FYI - when Google released Drive earlier this week they changed some things in their API without bothering to inform developers, so some file usage stuff might not be functioning as expected. We should have this all corrected in our build next week also.

Hi Todd,Search actually does hit the server, but only shows the cross reference to items already local. A slight derivative of what you are requesting is a great feature, I will file an improvement request for it now and try to get it into the next build. Basically, if the email is on the server and not local, to pull it local as part of the search. In the mean time, you can change what is stored locally via KiteDesk Settings. You can mark as much of your mail as you want to be stored locally. I mark mine as everything, to pull down all my messages. I get that this might not be ideal for you, but until I get that feature in, it might be the best option for your.Jared

Hi,Is there a way to "continue search on the server" within mail? It looks like you are search mail retrieved vs all mail in gmail. Let me know if I'm missing something.Thank youTodd
