1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped
onion
2 cups frozen lima beans, thawed or a can of lima beans will work
also
2 cup frozen green beans, thawed
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/4
inch slices
1 can (16 oz) baked beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed
brown sugar
1 tlbs cider vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
In 3 qt
slow cooker, layer carrots, onion, lima beans, green beans, sausage and baked
beans. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard, pour over beans.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until veggies are tender. Stir before
stirring.
Makes 4-6 servings.
