Fixed cloning in KSTweeen.
Also, made resetChildrenAtStart property for groups false by default
(except for in the KSStaggeredGroup).

Fixed a bug where AUTO_TWEEN_VALUE wasn't always working.
Fixed a bug regarding the ACTION_COMPLETE event not being dispatched
from KSParallelGroup

Seriously, I'm very impressed so far. This is my first exposure to KitchenSync and am finding lots of functionality not available in lesser libraries.

Added a build instructions file to the root of the project. For those
of you having issues getting KitchenSync to compile, this should help.
