Sorry, I updated the news site http://kitchensinksoftware.blogspot.com without sending something to this list about it, but essentially I got a take down notice that said I can't distribute Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird. That opened up a can of worms as I found out that there are a few other license problems. Until I get it cleared up, I can't legally distribute Kitchen Sink.
If you're willing to help out with that process, I can get it out the door considerably faster. I just need to update the list of software:

... to include license information and who did it (attribution) / where to download the source.
Its a lot of lame data entry so if nobody on the list wants to mess with it, that's no issue. Its certainly boring to me.
