Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboad shortcuts have been implemented for search function.

ESCAPE key gives focus on the search box.
ENTER executes the search function and outputs results (ajaxly)

More importantly, the shortcut.js script from http://www.openjs.com/scripts/events/keyboard_shortcuts/ is in included in htmlheader.html template.  shortcut.js' whose add() and remove() methods make it as easy as 1-2-3 to capture key-strokes.
