Perhaps you can get rid of the raft.
Can you use the new brim feature instead?

I've noticed that too.
I print a single layer brim, but I have a heated bed.
I use an xacto knife to trim that edge off after printing.

Make the brim as thin as possible and turn off "brim fillet"

Mine usually come off really easily, and a bit of sandpaper to touch up the corner. Brim is one of the best features that's been added to kisslicer yet IMO.

Trim closely with a pair of side cutters or even scissors and then use a set of files, going from coarse to fine, to refine the edge.
