Hello,
how about a new raft procedure: first layer raft to flat out build plate with also increased push of support material - decreased proportionally over raft. Important: All layers with Skirt! Idea is it should look like this:
1. Layer: 45°: Bigger seams, rougher, more material, Skirt around it bonds everything.
2. 135° & finer layer
3. 90° & finer
4. Last 180° & finer - as last layer it has same z-step-height as all other layers
A skirt prevents prints on unhoused bots from warping and bonds the outer layers. From rough to fine is good for uneven build-surfaces
If the first raft is very dense and results in one big plate, that plate is prone to warping. A loose grid that builds only a tight plane with the last layer might work better?
