Hello Folks

i just began to love KISSlicer! 

But !.. (always a but :b)

im getting some kind of a z scar and i cant figure out what to adjust in KISSlicer.
Maybe some of you had this problem too and know exactly what to adjust :D??

Hi,
It's a seam problem, adjust it in the style tab. You can play with two parameters, gap and depth .
Maybe a specialist can tel you which one to adjust.

I would also like a better explanation on the effects of gap and depth. Don't have a Z-scar like Thomas (likely could be fixed by adjusting jitter), but can definitely see the layer start stops clearly.

You can try to reduce the gap setting, you will see the effect by zooming a lot on the seam point in path mode, you will also see the depth effect. I think it's like a equilateral triangular shape, the starting point with the prime function pushing material to start, next the nozzle reach the path and at the end you have the suck function where the end stop. 

It's closely link to your material with the Prime and suck function and it's why we militate to move them on the material tab.
