Hello All
Thanks for any replies in advance!
I have been on the old forum looking all over!
I found a lot of talk about this wave in the corners on the old forum.
But with that forum the way it is there is no way to make any sense out of it.
Things in the search don't follow in order now.

I get this funny notch on some of the outside corners after about the 3 layer.
See photo
Any ideas?
Can it be fixed or is it just Kisslicer?
I'm hopping that it can be fixed in setting some how!
I would hate to have to go back to Silc3r not happy with that software at all.

There is a bug where KISSlicer place the extruded beads to close in stead of using crowning (only happen in thin walls).
This is giving too much material and look like your problem (took me forever to figure this bug out).
Try to check the slices in preview to control if the beads is getting closer at these places, if they do that is the problem.
To correct the problem reduce extrusion with and/or reduce number of loops, and check bead distance in preview until they are the same in all layers.

/Michael

Thanks Rasle500 for the reply.
I'm still playing around with the extrusion width and the Flow Tweak.
I look at the preview and it always looks good.
With the EW and Flow I can make it smaller but I cannot get rid of it.
Still working it.

If this looks OK in the Paths view in KS, it may well be an issue of printer settings. What hardware are you printing on?

Sorry for the delayed reply.
The follow is the hardware that I'm using.
MendelMax 1.5
Ardunio 2560
Ramps 1.4
Marlin V1

I have attached the configuration.h file that I have been using.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I was referring to the speed, acceleration, and jerk settings, which I personally tweak in Pronterface for my TrinityLabs printer.

These are the setting I'm using now.
Acceleration = 1500
Jerk = 10
Speeds
Loop = 26
Solid = 33
Sparse = 33

I had acceleration at 3000 and jerk at 20 but it would lose steps at about half way through the prints.
