Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong to make a print look like this?

My rafts are printing great, I put down a piece of aluminum and covered it in Kapton tape, then I cover that with Elmer's Stick Glue and have a perfect looking raft but the PLA looks to be globbing and pressing to hard, what can I do to fix this?

extrusion rate way too high, temp way too high, would by my initial guesses

Have you run the calibrations?

Past that, could be Min/Max speeds in Flow Tweak.
