KISSlicer 1.4.5.4 Ignoring part of the Model?

I'm confused. I must be missing something?
I have put in some manual support in the model but KS just will not generate code for the small fins.
See screen shot and I have attached STL.
Any thoughts?

I just messed with your stl a little. It seems if you mess with the seam hiding angle, you can get it to peck at it a little.
However, if you change your nozzle to .2mm wide extrusion, it will do a pass around it.
It seems to me that it may be a problem with the crowning feature?
The older KISS would do a single pink pass down the middle of it.

Is the problem with the latest version 1.4.5.4?  When I try it here it seems to pick up those 6 fins pretty well.

The only thing I can thing of as Jeremy pointed out nozzle width or crowning.

Jonathan I just found a way to get it to work some.
I don’t use Crowning on this part because it makes a mess of areas of the part.
So Crowning was off. If it is on and set smaller then 5 I get code for the fins.
Is this the intended functionality of Crowning?

Just tryed in it 1.4.5.4 in windows, and it seems the problem is gone, and it produces Gcode for the fins. One pink pass each.
I need to remember to test all things in 1.4.5.4 sorry bout that.

Yes Jeremy
The Pink (Violet) is the Crowning.
I will bet if you turn Crowning off or bigger that 5 you get no code.
The fins are part of the model so in my thinking I should not have to have Crowning to get code.
