help cubex fan setting using kisslicer

I was wondering if someone can help me to adjust the fan setting for my cubex using kisslicer and cubeitmodv4,5, I have printed the same item 3 times and it is lifting in the same corner right where the fan is constantly on. I have it set at the default of 100, is this something I need to change or does it have to be set at that. Thank you I am still learning.

Try the function Fan Z with few mm in the value. You you print with a raft or a brim to increase adherence ?
