Also, check your Z-Gap - the first layer should be slightly flat into the bed surface.
If it looks rounded it is just laying on the surface and the head can tug / knock it off when it runs by.
Also, if the flow is too low it will pull the filament if it does't get a good purchase on the bed.
You have multiple heads, make sure they are all level. Manually position the bed under your nozzles and make sure they are all at the same height.
You may have issues with interference from other heads during the first layer.
Your first layer is at 220c. What is the maximum print temperature of the filament you are using? If it is above the recommended material printing range, the filament will have a tendency to stick to the head, not the bed.
