Here’s your refund payment. If you have online banking, you can pay this into your bank account immediately. The name on your energy account will need to be the same as on your bank account.
Alternatively, we’ve included a voucher which can be redeemed for cash at your local PayPoint
store. The store might need to process the voucher more than once to provide you with your full payment. This is because of a £100 limit.
The expiry date is shown on the refund. If you choose to redeem your voucher at a PayPoint store,
you’ll also need to show ID – either a UK driving licence, a bank statement, or a council tax bill, so it's really important your name and address above matches your ID.
