The KR Shop (closing this weekend) is the place where you can get yourself the KR Merch. Whether you are new and this will be your first Red shirt, or you need to stock up there is something for everyone. Before you ask, yes, the KR 20th Year shirts, both short and long sleeve, as well singlets and crop tops are all available. Plus, the black jacket is available again, this much in demand item has been out of stock but is there again but hurry as stocks are limited.

TCS Sydney Marathon Official Volunteers. KR has only a few spots left for official volunteers for the marathon at the end of August. So please get in quick and be part of the KR Team who volunteering to help the event go smoothly. See or message Florence, Anel or myself for details. Will be a great day!

20th Anniversary Update
KRristmas in July 2025. Come along next Friday the 31st July and join the KRew for KRistmas in July party. We are meeting at Traders Bar on Hay St, Haymarket from 6pm. Come along dressed in your best KRistmas Hat or full Santa Suit and let’s PARTY! See you there!

The calendar of course, has all the regular KR runs as well as the major races that we will be following and promoting. We will add to the races as the year goes on. If you have a favourite race, then let me know and we can add it.
Upcoming Events
This week I am away having a week’s holiday in Queenstown NZ which really is one of the most beautiful places on earth. So, tonight’s KRClassic will be hosted Tully who will ensure that it will be a great evening. Thanks Tully have a great evening everyone.
KR Monthly Long Run after the very successful City2Surf Sneak Peek last week I’m sure the KRew is all ready for the City2Surf on 9th August. The next monthly long run will be Sunday 16th August.
Tuesday Speed Sessions. We will be meeting at 6:30pm at the usual spot at Gore Hill Oval. It is open to all and if you want to know more details, please reach out to me.
Upcoming Races
Real Insurance harbour 10k is this weekend. Post the race we will gather at the usual place Squires Landing for a beer and race debrief. Go well to all the KRew racing this weekend.
Of course, there are many races throughout the year that the KR will do, such as those out at Sydney Olympic Park and around the foreshore. We will highlight as many we think of, but if you have one to promote you think the KRew will love, let us know!
If you want to find some races for yourself, I highly recommend using The Running Calendar website which lists just about every race in Australia. If you find a race that has a KR Team and needs a code let me know. Or if you are the first KR to sign up for a race, please create a KR team and let me know.

If you are bringing bags tonight, Trevor will be there with his car to hold them for you. As always please collect them straight after the finish photo. Thank you, Trevor, much appreciated.
Regarding the bag drop, to help keep KR running smoothly I have asked Trevor to take on being the coordinator for Monday and Thursday nights to ensure there is a car to enable the bag drop. He has a group chat and would love to add you to it if you are able to help from time to time.
